We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with the jewellery we send you. If for any reason you are not happy with the jewellery, you can return the jewellery to us within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. See our returns policy.

The materials we work with are natural materials and each piece is unique with it's own colour range.  The jewellery we supply will vary in colour from the pieces shown on our website.  You can see the variation to expect by looking across all of the samples shown.  We promise to only ship jewellery that we consider beautiful, but our guarantee specifically includes your satisfaction with the colour of the jewellery supplied.

Ordering

You can order via the website e-commerce ordering software, or by faxing or mailing your order together with your credit card details, we will confirm receipt of your order and the items that are available before we debit your credit card.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we endeavor to produce the best quality shell jewellery we can, of the best quality materials and workmanship.

If any jewellery you receive from us is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. On return of the jewellery with our receipted / invoice enclosed, we will replace it. You will not be charged postage a second time for the replacement jewellery.

Availability

If an item of jewellery becomes unavailable for any reason after you have placed your order you will be advised.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa card or MasterCard for orders placed via our website.  We will confirm that we have the items in stock and available for immediate shipment before we debit your card.

Our prices are all in New Zealand dollars and the exact amount debited to your card will depend on the date of ordering. The currency converter provided is an indication only and the actual charge may vary slightly, depending on your card issuer. Click here for:

Shipping Information

Jewellery sent internationally:

• We have a one standard shipping charge of (N.Z. $7.50) for shipment anywhere in the world, no matter how large the order.

• This standard shipping charge is for shipment by International Airmail.

• Allow 7-10 days for delivery

• If you wish to use alternative postal or shipping methods such as FedEx, UPS or other courier services please email us your preference and we will quote you the applicable cost.

Jewellery sent within New Zealand:

•  For orders inside New Zealand - Courier Post. 

• Allow 2-3 days delivery
  

Taxes and Duty

Our Prices only include relevant New Zealand Taxes.

Applicable Taxes and Duties for Countries other than New Zealand are your responsibility,  as are any clearance fees associated with importation.

Most countries have a minimum threshold under which tax and duty are not collected.  This varies from country to country, but small orders will normally incur no added importation costs.

Security Policy

When you place an order via the e-commerce ordering software on our web site, your credit card details are held not only on a secure server but are also in encrypted form that can only be accessed and downloaded by our computer.
We delete your credit card details from our computer immediately after order processing.

If you are not happy with this state of art security, please feel free to fax, mail or telephone your order to us directly.
